How do I contact support?

Email [email protected] any time, or, once you're logged in, use Support in the app for general questions, bug reports, or feature requests. We typically respond within 24 hours.

How do I reset my password?

From the log-in screen, click “Forgot password?” and you'll get a 6-digit code by email to set a new one. Already logged in? You can change your password directly from Profile instead.

I didn't get my verification or reset email. Now what?

Check spam/junk first. If it's genuinely not arriving after a few minutes, email [email protected] and we'll help directly.

How do I report a concern about another user?

Open their profile or your message thread with them and use Report or Block. This works in both directions and goes to your district's admins for review. You can also reach out to [email protected] directly for anything urgent.

Deleting your account

In the app (fastest)

Log in and open Profile (in the nav).
Scroll to Danger zone.
Click Delete my account, type DELETE to confirm.

This is immediate and permanent. Your profile, job posts, applications, messages, and reviews are deleted right away, not held for a waiting period. There's no undo.

By email

Can't log in, or prefer to request it in writing? Email [email protected] with the subject “Delete My Account” and the email address on your account. We'll confirm within 7 business days.

What gets deleted

Everything tied to your account: profile, job listings, applications, messages, and reviews. Chores doesn't process payments on your behalf, so there are no payment or transaction records to retain. Full details are in the Privacy Policy.
